Mireille Tabib, mediator
Mireille Tabib is a former Associate Judge of the Federal Court. In her 20 years at the Court, she has conducted hundreds of mediations in commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on maritime law and intellectual property disputes, but also across all areas of jurisdiction of the Federal Court. She has earned a reputation as a skilled, thoughtful and effective mediator.
Prior to her appointment as an Associate Judge in 2003, Ms. Tabib practiced maritime and insurance law at Stikeman Elliott in Montréal.
Ms. Tabib is based in Ottawa, and provides mediation services in person or by videoconference, anywhere in Canada and abroad.
